You're page file checks out ok.

How much free space do you have on your C: drive?

Well, that wouldn't be an issue then.

You might see if troubleshooting with a clean startup may ID a culprit.

In addition to all of the previous suggestions, have you run a full scan with your anti-virus of choice? Even if it comes back "no malware found" it wouldn't hurt to run some additional free scans since no anti-malware program is 100% effective 100% of the time. Some of the recommended free products are: Malwarebytes, SuperAntispyware, and ESET Online Scanner to name just a few.

Since this problem just started, you might consider doing a System Restore to an earlier date/time. Maybe something updated in the background and messed things up. If a System Restore doesn't help you can always undo the restore.

Alright so for some odd reason my computer is back up to standards. I believe the problem was (some how) my internet being conflicted with a router.

Anyhow, im going to mark this solved. Thank you all who helped me. The paging filing thing helped me quite a lot in terms of boosting my PC performance.

If this issue reopens, then il have to re-post this :/. So please do not get disappointed.
