sfc scan cannot repair member files: options?

Have run sfc scan multiple times, always with same result: identification of a half dozen system files that are corrupt and cannot be repaired. My question is: can I somehow replace these individual files from recovery media? Or is there another easier way to go?

Sony did not provide installation disks, but I created recovery dvds (3 disks in all) immediately after purchase 5 years ago. So I have those.

Relevant items from most recent scan log below. Any help will be immensely appreciated. Have been troubleshooting for days and am now down to this.

Looking back over prior threads that bear some similarity to mine, it seems like Tom982 may be the problem slayer I need to hear from. Tom982, are you out there . . .

Ignore the title and follow this tutorial:
    Windows Update Posting Instructions

You don't have to run SFC again, just run SURT and then follow the posting instructions
basically, you'll zip the cbs folder, not just the log

if it's too big to post on the thread, post the zip the cbs.log and chksur.log and post that to get the analysis started

Sorry for slow response, Slartybart. Not to be outdone by computer, dishwasher broke, necessitating time consuming intervention. So let's see if I can attach zipped CBS folder files ... okay, had to copy out cbs and chksur logs into separate folder. Here it is ... and please note, have not yet run startup repair as whs suggested.

    I've uploaded a file - qphaa.zip - to my OneDrive at Noel's OneDrive
    Please download and save it.

Right-click on the saved file and select Extract all...
Change the target to C:\ and click on Extract
Close all windows (it would be a good idea to print these instructions!)

Now reboot to the Repair Environment - as soon as the machine restarts, start tapping F8 - this should bring up the Advanced Boot Menu, at the top of which should be the option 'Repair my Computer'
    Pick that
You'll have to log in with your username and password.

Pick the option to use a Command Prompt
    At the prompt type
    DIR C:\qphaa
hit the enter key - if you get a 'Not Found' error try
    DIR D:\qphaa
    or
    DIR E:\qphaa

The drive letter in use when you find the folder will need to be substituted (for<drive>) into the following command...

    XCOPY <drive>:\qphaa <drive>:\windows\winsxs /y /i /s /v /h

    (e.g. XCOPY P:\wfire P:\windows\winsxs /y /i /s /v /h )

run the command (it should take almost no time) and when the prompt returns, type
    EXIT
and hit the Enter key to exit Command Prompt - reboot to Normal Mode Windows.

Now run SFC /SCANNOW in an Elevated Command Prompt
then reboot and upload the new CBS.log file to your reply
