Lag and low fps after format

Hello there,so here is it.I formated my HP laptop a month ago(cause of a bsod),from that point my laptop lags a bit but when i play games it lags way too much and i have low fps(from 70-80 i now have 10-20-30).maybe i didnt installed all the drivers or some of them not correctly(i download them from HP website and from AMD(my graphic card).Or maybe something about the graphic card,i dont really know and im confused. Also i still get bsod but only when i try to turn of or to restart my laptop.Dunno if its relevant or not but i let you know.Furthermore this is a error i get when i start a game(Lineage 2)"the game may not be consistent because agp is deactivated. please activate agp for consistancy".Maybe this is irrelavant too.
So i wait for your answers,
    Thank you in advance.

    Your System Spec show this.

I would suggest you get all Windows Updates including SP-1.

    Hi and thank you,
Graphic's are usually the lowest score
4.0 on a laptop isn't terrible but with your other scores seems a bit low considering the 4.8 next to it :/
Right click your desktop and click on Graphic's properties,
Go to help and support section and there should be links to update drivers there listed,

Are these locally installed games or online games ?
    Cheers.
