Oh, I know why it detected it as a false positive is what I was saying. It hooks onto the program and reads the data. It's definitely not an infected file. I can tell you that much. I did however re-download it cleanly from the official site after the AV deleted it.
You should be able to report a false-positive to the AV vendor so they can fix their definitions if it is a false-positive.

All AVs I've used allow adding files/folders to an exclusion list, so they will not be scanned.
Well it's too late now... and I'm not sitting through that 2 hours again to report the false positive. Hehehe

Are all those NON Microsoft Services. Well Huston I think we have a problem.

You only need just a few Non Microsoft Services and Start up running at boot. All those things starting a boot is slowing your system big time.
Just remember just because something doesn't start at boot and run in the background doesn't mean that it won't when you or Windows 7 needs it to run.

    My system I'm on now.

To make it even easier to see what services are running, click on the Services Status column heading so all running services are sorted together...

Yeah, sorry about that. Probably should've sorted them. The thing is I'm not sure what will basically destroy my system by not running and what won't.

Use this tutorial by Brink to do a clean startup:
Troubleshoot Application Conflicts by Performing a Clean Startup

Work through it to try and find the cause of the problem.

This involves a lot of restarting. I'll try to do it later tonight or tomorrow if I can't tonight. Thank you. (Also Brink has a tutorial for like everything.)

The Tutorial posted by David will help you.

In opinion and with every system I have had, if you leave Microsoft's Services alone and just have you security programs checked you should not have any problems.

    Guess i should have noted
The thing is I'm not sure what will basically destroy my system by not running and what won't.
A clean startup will not destroy your system, you can undo any change...
Only you will know if you need/want something to automatically start that most of us here don't need.

    I have 1 program I don't want to auto-start, but if it doesn't auto-start I have a few extra clicks to use my HP printer/scanner ...
I never spent the time to find a better solution than to let that "auto-start" (lazy)

Personally i create periodic system backup images so i can recover from "whatever".

Alright. My services currently look like this:

Same start-up time and everything. Nothing changed.

What happens if you disable all those ?

Maybe you should create a system backup image, and then do a clean re-install ?
    See if that helps...
If it doesn't, you can restore the backup image.

Here is a tutorial by gregrocker for a clean reinstall
