powercfg requests make result that can't help

I try command (in prompt) for deactivate and activate hybertate.

I still have problem

Did you start the command prompt with "Run as administrator" ?

Can you post a screen print of what you see ?

EDIT:
I'm on Win 8.1 right now, so i see more than what Win 7 shows.

OK, that looks good.
I can't read Italian, so i can't read the energy report

Run a System File Check to see if you have any issues:
SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker

It may take a while, but if there are issues, you want them fixed.

Perhaps maybe some software or some service of Windows enebled that create issue ??

You could try a clean startup to see if there are any conflicts.
