I disable all not Microsoft service but Norton 360 won't be disable.

Now i try to disable service not Microsoft and startup element, the tab to the right "Services".

I try also to uninstall Norton 360, but the issue remain

Another problem perhaps connect with hibernate issue

Diring shutdown or restart appears this screen without indication about program or software that cause this.

The only other thing I can think of is look in Event Viewer after you click on Hibernate.
See if there is any error there.

I agree with Layback Bear.

It's not normal to have W7 Ultimate on a pre-built (HP) PC.
Who installed Ultimate, and do you have the license key ?

I don't understand the problem about the license key.

I didn't mean it's a problem.
I just said it's unusual and asked a question.
No need to send photos, and DON'T EVER post your license key or give it to anyone.

So the PC sleeps, but does not hibernate, right ?

You could try manually running the Hibernate command to see if it shows any errors.
To do this, open a Command Prompt window and run this command:
shutdown /h

That is strange, i never heard of this before

Lets try adding the FORCE option to the command and see what happens.
Try this command:
shutdown /h /f
