Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit won't go in standby

    Hi to all

i have this problem since many month.

Windows won't go in standby. (or sleep)

I start this command with administration mode: POWERCFG -energy

I attach file txt about the report.

Sorry but the file is in italian language.

I can't send the file in original html format.

    Thanks

    Hi and welcome to SevenForums,
Right click your desktop and click on Personalize,
If you have a theme your using delete it by right click it and delete,
Click on one of the aero themes and use it to test,

Using a new theme will default to the default power options preset for that theme,
    Cheers.

    Perhaps dumb questions but,
Do you have hibernate enabled ?
    Hibernate - Enable or Disable

If hibernate is enabled, do you have Hybrid Sleep turned on in Power Options for Sleep ?
If Hybrid Sleep is turned on, Hibernate will not be listed as a choice on the Start button Shutdown options.

How are you trying to hibernate ?

Hi and many thanks for your help

    Well.

Hybrid sleep is tunrned off. If it's tunrned on pc won't go in sleep and Hibernate mode.

I try to go to hibernate through the main menu in the lower right

The monitor go off for few seconds after that return on.

I try many prompt command but the issue remain.

Now i will try again at
    Hibernate - Enable or Disable

    Thanks again

    OK.

Here is a tutorial by Brink you can work through:
Power Options and Sleep Mode Problems

See if the Last Wake shows what caused the PC to "restart".
Also, check for powercfg requests ... those can be difficult ...

I don't know how to create the report in a different language

So you don't have any powercfg requests, and Last Wake doesn't help ?
