More WEI Cannot Complete Problems

I'm having problems getting my upgraded WIN 7 Home Premium system to calculate the WEI. Originally this was a Vista Home Premium system and never had a WEI problem.

Each time I try I get a failure message - the last time this was my winsat.log entry - does anyone know how to read these logs and how to interpret mine please? I suspect its something to do with the video (which hasn't changed), but I'm really guessing.

There is a known issue if you have Kaspersky Interned Security 2010 installed. If you have this installed you sould contact Kaspersky support and report it. The only workaround is to completely uninstall Kaspersky and then run WEI.
