Foxconn ONE utility

I have a Foxxconn G31MX motherboard and have the Foxconn ONE utility installed it has the option to over clock my Intel E5400 CPU manually or automatically and as I have not done this b4 if I chose automatically will it be ok like that and no risk of damage?
