Yep, a clean install. Be sure to back up any files you need before commencing though as your drive will be completely formatted.

OK - let's go back to basics....
(the context may be wrong, but the information resulting could be hugely important!)

Please follow the Windows Update Posting Instructions and post the requested data

If the file is too large (8MB compressed), remove the older CBSPersist cab files until the final file is below the limit - you can always post them separately after zipping them. (the forum doesn't allow the upload of bare CAB files, for a number of reasons)

Please also post the C:\Windows\windowsudpate.log file

You need to be running repairs now from boot mode and not the crippled OS.

Everything possible is here for Troubleshooting Windows 7 Failure to Start

You can run the Malwarebytes scan in Safe Mode Networking

Then work through the steps or at any time skip to the last steps to rescue any files then run Recovery or do the superior Clean Reinstall Windows 7

You're like knights in shining armor from the Round Table Hopefully i will be able to figure this out tomorrow when i'm back from varsity because i have to sleep now but i will post again the moment i have done anything or if i can't understand how to do a certain task Thank you all so much again!
