Dear Gator, Boozad, NoelDP, Gregrocker and Georgeks

I want to say a very very heartfelt thank you for helping me fix my laptop. Georgeks was right... i did the factory reset and EVERYTHING went back to normal! So Georgeks thank you so much. Gregrocker thank you so much for giving me the option of a reinstall and if my laptop ever gives problems again, i will be sure to come back to this thread and revisit every single one of the options laid out here. Thank you all SO much. Have a rocking day and may God bless every single one of you :) I'd offer each of you a hug and a free consult if i could lol. one last question before i mark this as solved... If i suffer from pop up ads again, what is the first thing i can do to totally eradicate them?

Install MBAM now, and get used to how it works... scan with it once a week or so, and immediately if you suspect you've been hijacked.

Please download and install Malwarebytes Anti-malware (free version) from http://www.malwarebytes.org/products/malwarebytes_free/ - UNtick 'Enable free trial of MBAM Premium' at the end of the installation - and update it, then run a full scan in your main account, and Quick scans in any other user accounts.

    Quarantine everything it finds
