Need help to understand sfcdetails.txt file

Hi, after checking my PC using SFC I found the errors it had found in the CBS.log file. I then produced a sfcdetails.txt from the CBS.log and found I could not understand them!!

    Can anyone help me please?

Hello and welcome ohio now I am not going to say that I can read those sfc details what I can suggest is you also run this

https://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/433-disk-check.html< if necessary include the /f and /r in the command line as per Option2
in safe mode this may even fix whatever problem you are having

    - and also mate can we have some system specs please as what you have posted gives us not that much to work with and given there are so many manufacturers of components and configurations that do influence what goes on within any given machine and OS.
