Windows 7: ShutDown

08 Nov 2009   #1

I posted a (speed up shutdown) and I thought some of you guys had a trick or two for this problem, Guess not, I changed the (wait ti kill services) from 12000 to 2000 and it did not help much at all, It would shut down a lot faster with build W7RC then it does with the retail verison. Don't know why because it has the same software and hardware?? Any ideas would be thankful

Have you tried having task manager up while you shut down to see what program or app is hanging on?
