Do you have MiniToolBox by Farber? If not, go to original source, download, install, click on anything that reports, nothing that alters anything. Be prepared to give seasoned techs here the results; and they will need specifics, what exactly is slower than before? Excel? Word? Firefox? Chrome? and so on...
[If you decide to also download, install, and run Piriform's Speccy -- create a log on your harddrive, wait until seasoned techs ask for some of that report.]
