Take a look through this tutorial and see if it is what you are looking for. It will fix Windows 7 System files that sfc /scannow can't.

    Hello DavidE@,

I have all Windows Update on Win7 32-bit but not KB3022345 and KB3048043 as you wrote.

    Layback Bear@,
thanks, but I had vary bad experience with inplace uprades on Vista - after many hours windows abort the installation on the END and crash completely. I don't wont to try again and wont only to learn how to repair manually - only to overwrite corrupted fails and to tray SFC /scannow again - not more. Is it complicate to do it and why not ???

You have to read what every single update is about now, if I don`t think I need it I don`t install it. I basically only install MSE virus definition updates anymore :)

Like this one, Do I need it, I think not.

Update for Windows 7 for x64-based Systems (KB3022345)

This update enables the Diagnostics Tracking Service in Windows 8.1, Windows Server 2012 R2, Windows 7 Service Pack 1 (SP1), and Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1. This tracking service collects data about functional issues in Windows.
