i have a bad ssd disk which causes me to the get BSOD sometimes but a restart normally fixes it and nothing changes. but recently i got one(dont have a log ) and after the restart my pc was really laggy in games and whenever i open any program. anyone what could have causes that?

example when i open google chrome my pc freezes for 2-3 seconds and my cpu goes to 100% this happens with any program everything settles down after short time tho
also in csgo before the problem i ran 150-250 fps with no problem and now i run 20-60 fps with frequent lag spikes

Hmm, maybe your CPU underclocks when idle but has trouble increasing clock when you open a program?

Check in BIOS for power options, SpeedStep/EIST I guess - see if it gets better when disabled.
Also check Enhanced Halt (C1E), disable.

Enable them back if they don't help.

I would also check if AV is acting up (trying to check if started process is ok or not) but not sure if it would cause fps issue in a game.

You have to go into BIOS (do you know how to do that?) and check the pages in BIOS. Look for:
    CPU EIST ...
    Enhanced Halt (C1E)

    disable both. Save and exit.

It is possible to miss it if your monitor is slow to respond (my ACERs take 10+ seconds sometimes to show anything after power up).

I guess it is DEL key, spam it after you power on the PC, it should eventually go into BIOS. You can check your motherboard manual or see GIGABYTE - Motherboard - Socket 1155 - GA-Z68A-D3-B3 (rev. 1.0) (scroll all the way down and open the English version, description box is empty).

Let's go back to first principles and do some diagnostics!

Please follow the Windows Update Posting Instructions and post the requested data

If the file is too large (8MB compressed), remove the older CBSPersist cab files until the final file is below the limit - you can always post them separately after zipping them. (the forum doesn't allow the upload of bare CAB files, for a number of reasons)
