    Reboot the PC and then see if you can set things the way you want.

    When i try to click ok i get an error code 0x80071A91. The text is in greek and im not sure if i can translate it properly

    You probably need to get the BSOD problem fixed first, then fix the Windows Update problem, then come back to this.

    When you uninstalled Avast, did you use the Avast uninstall utility ?

    Yes i did.But i havent had a bsod for a while now

    Then let Noel know in your Windows Update thread.
    Googling 0x80071A91 seems it might be related to Windows Update problems, or SFC errors, or ...
    See if Noel can find anything in the Windows Update issue that might help fix this issue.
