    How big is your HD/SSD ( C drive) ?
Are you saying you only have 15.5 MB free space on the HD/SSD ( C drive) ?

In task manager, right click that process then click Go to Service(s) to see what services that particular SVCHost is running.
that sort of did the trick, i kept on cancelling SVCHost and now my ram is at 60%(40% when i close my firefox)

This is what my RAM looks like my Local Disk C ( i place all my files, all my movies in local disk D, games folders etc, Only Itunes and everyday tools are in Local Disk C)

EDIT: it just went from 18 mb to 12 mb right now....

18.6 MB free space on your C drive is not enough.
The recommended minimum free space is 10%.
You should do something to get more free space on your C drive.
Get a bigger HD, delete files, etc.

You can use WizTree to see if you can find files you can delete from C, or move to a different drive.
They have a portable zip available, so no install needed.
Antibody Software - WizTree finds the files and folders using the most disk space on your hard drive

I thought this was like a ccleaner it would find files to delete for me
I just freed up space like 2GB deleting random games like wild tangent etc
    got 2GB
tried to install 30 day trial of premier it was nearly done when I get the blue screen and my computer restarts
I go back and see only 1GB is free
I uninstall avast and restart and still 1GB free
something took up 1GB of my disk c
there is no sign of avast folders anywhere so idk

You probably don't have enough free space to do the things you are trying to do, and that causes Windows errors.
You can download WizTree to your D drive, unzip it, and run it from there.
Did you run Wiztree to see what it shows ?

It is not a cleanup tool, it shows what folders and files are using the most space on a drive.

Post a screenshot of Task Manager - Performance tab. This provides important information not found elsewhere.

I don't think uninstalling Avast would help, you need to see if System Restore is still set at 50% and reduce it if so. Then restart and manually create a restore point.

Also, check pagefile settings, maybe it is eating whatever free space you are creating.

Performance tab was posted before but i will post it again.
I checked system restore and it had 2014 backups only and will delete all my programs lol, I have never used it before nor do i allow my computer to save backup files because it takes up 30gb at least.
and i freed at least 400mb using wiz tree, some of it were backup files for itunes that i didn't need.
the biggest file was 1gb (it's a gaming file so i didn't delete it)
