The first part of Latency Mon is important, not just the list you have.

BTW, here is how to post screen shots on this forum. They are posted direct, you don't need to have them on a server somewhere else.

Oh, sorry.

If tomorrow you can take a look, i'll be here all day if anything is necessary but if you feel you can't do it, i'll be grateful if you could warn me.

I wish you a speedy recovery, hope everything's alright . Recovering is way more important

Several things are flagged. Direct X, USB and I see Kaspersky (anti-virus with a hit).
What do you have connected to the USB?
Do you have the latest NVIDIA driver for the Video?

Try running the Latency Mon with Kaspersky disabled and see if that makes any difference. Some AV's can contribute to DPC latency problems.

Yeah i also saw Kaspersky and i wondered if it could be causing problems.

The NVIDIA driver i always have the latest version installed.

Connected to USB i have:
2 Headsets (one is connected to a usb 3.0 port but it isn't a usb 3.0 headset)
Keyboard and Mouse Wireless Combo
And a cable i use to connect my external drive when i need

In 15 Min i'll post the results

For reference, when you use a USB connected headset, you do not use the PC's sound card. Its digital audio data to the headset and converted to audio in the headset.

Do not have any programs running, such as VLC when you run Latency Mon. It can affect the outcome.
Also, disconnect the USB headphones, just to avoid them being an issue.

Just boot the PC and do not start anything. If you have things at startup, such as Skype, Antivirus, etc temporarily disable them before running.

Eliminate any potentials. If Latency Mon runs OK with everything disabled, start enabling one at a time until you find the one causing the problem.
