    Bootup takes 30+ minutes

My boot up takes a long time, and a majority it stuck at the ASUS screen before you even see the windows boot up... I ran malwarebytes, spybot, Comodo net security, avg disk doctor, and check disk... Nothing major detected... I might add that last night we had a power outage twice... On during usage and the second as I was booting up from the first outage... Can someone shed some light as to why I'm stuck on this Asus screen for so long? Boot up literally takes around an hour...

The first thing that came into my mind would be to try and change the sata cables between your hard drives and your motherboard, might be that during the outage something happened on an electrical level.

Some times it helps to go into bios and reset it to default. The power surge could of changed things.

You could also remove the motherboard bios battery. Hold down the tower start button for about 30 sec.
Put the battery back in and verify the bios is default and boot order is set properly. Then reset time and date in the bios and Windows 7 if it boots.

Check your motherboard manual for complete instruction. Your motherboard might just have a jumper to reset bios to default.
