Try a clean startup - Troubleshoot Application Conflicts by Performing a Clean Startup

Also run in cmd: sfc /scannow

Alright, a clean startup is not something you can do from repair screen, so you haven't read it? Anyway, you won't be able to do it since you can't load into desktop or Safe Mode.

See SFC /SCANNOW : Run in Command Prompt at Boot to run sfc /scannow from a repair disk.

Also do you have any Anti-virus software? Malwarebytes is not an AV and won't protect you by itself.
