CHKDSK will not clear dirty tag after chkdsk c: /r ?

Tools Chkdsk with no /f /r says errors, bootup chkdsk says none
AHCI disk. Running chkdsk from Properties Tools with no autofix says there are errors. Dismount the drive and reboot. Chkdsk reports no errors found. Properties Tools Chkdsk still syas there are errors. Auslogics Defrag also says there are errors.

hi any help will be greatly appreciated. have a laptop running win 7 home 32bit,on start up it automatically goes to start up repair. i have let the startup repair run for over 24 hrs and still no success.it just keeps running with a green status bar moving.i got a bit worried that it was taking...

Win 7 keeps showing my internal data drive as being bad and ready to fail, I did a scan disk or chkdsk and it comes up clean every time. i have several usb drives connected but only this one hitachi 1T comes up bad eveytime i reboot. Any ideas would greatly be appreciated. Thanks Jerry
