still got that problem ,i guess i should give up
so many things i have done and nothing works

It may be needing some cleaning inside. Did you try removing everything that can be removed? Disabling Wifi/Bluetooth, etc.
cpu sudenly went to normal to 44% after reseting ram and hard disc , but sudenly my wifi hits max in task manager ,is that problem or its ok?
And pc runs really slow and lags
