    Save History But Delete Other Temp Files


    A few time each week I remember opening a web page that looked interesting but that I failed to take notes about. I find searching my browsing history is often faster and more effective than trying to vonstruct or 'reconstruct' a search strategy. I don't want to deliberately delete my browsing history, but I'd like to get rid of other useless files. Is there a tool for this?

    I just logged my OS/Programs drive with ZTree, reverse order sorted, and found over 1000 files containing 0 bytes. The first 55 were all in Chrome directories and I use SeaMonkey as my default browser.

    You can do this with CCleaner Free.

    Says Firefox but applies to Seamonkey as well (also my browser).

    Learning what CCleaner will do is one more item on my list while my favorite helping hand at the end of my right arm is poking out of a sling

cant delete temp files..

i cant delete my windows temp files. When i open the folder to do it manually, the files are gray. i click delete history button and still nothing happens, the files are still there. please help.
50 GB of temp files wont Delete

I did disk cleanup, and it says i have 50 GB in temporary files and when i cleaned it in admin mode, it didnt delete. Iv tried multiple times and it wont delete. Any Ideas on how to delete it? PS: 10 GB of that is the folder in my other topic...
