    ehh... problem solved my friend helped me fix it,glad he did i didnt have any backup idea's to solve this

    Use Macrium free to image system partitions and C, and a file sync program like FreeFileSync to backup data files.

    well after a while of trying to figure it out and deleting some of the past updates that caused problems, we figured the critical updates where malware due to the fact the links for the support and info lead to a bing site for me and they did not show up in the update list to uninstall. so in the end we just factory rebooted it

Physical Memory Usage never above 33%

I have a new Dell inspiron 580 with core i3 processor, 4gb ram and windows 7 home premium x64. Through a dock gadget, I noticed that the physical memory usage never ever exceeds 33%, regardless of the amount of tasks and load placed on it. It seems it would rather slow down that exceed this...
Ok, I am literally KILLING myself over this! I installed Windows 7 64Bit over XP around a month ago and it was so good that I recommended it to my brother who was previously on XP too. We got him a copy of the 32bit version as he has only 2gb of memory, and he installed it on his machine....
