huge physical memory usage

    ehh... problem solved my friend helped me fix it,glad he did i didnt have any backup idea's to solve this

    Can you ask him how he did it and post here please? May help others.

    Use Macrium free to image system partitions and C, and a file sync program like FreeFileSync to backup data files.

    well after a while of trying to figure it out and deleting some of the past updates that caused problems, we figured the critical updates where malware due to the fact the links for the support and info lead to a bing site for me and they did not show up in the update list to uninstall. so in the end we just factory rebooted it
