Error: Windows Explorer Has Stopped Working

I am new to the forums. Hoping to get some help with this.

I have been getting the Windows Explorer Has Stopped Working error for quite some time. I previously ran Malware Bytes and that did nothing. I finally spent some time searching for the solution. I ran the Scannow which went to 100% then gave the following error: "Windows Resource Protection could not perform the requested operation"

I was able to get a copy of the sfcdetails.txt file on my desktop and it is all gibberish to me. In two areas it says "Cannot repair member file..." I have attached the file.

I have no idea where to get from here. Can anyone help me out?

The SFC result is clean, those 2 are not actually corrupt (known issue). You can uninstall KB3022345 and KB3068708, and hide them when/if offered again. Or you can leave them be, they are not related to your issue.

In such a situation I would try these:
    - try a clean startup - Troubleshoot Application Conflicts by Performing a Clean Startup
    - try with another user account - User Account - Create
    - try Safe Mode
    - disable context menu items - download CCleaner - tools - startup - context menu - disable extensions
