    Eitehr I cocked up, or the files didn't end up where they were supposed to.

    Please check your end.. Open an Elevated Command Prompt, and run the following commands

    DIR C:\dpsad
    DIR C:\Windows\winsxs\dpsad

    post the results.

    Ok,

    I was getting some other issues (that i explained to NoelDP through PM) , so I managed to solve all of this by using one of your tutorials How to Do a Repair Install to Fix Windows 7

    So thank you NoelDP for all your trouble and patient you had with me :)
