Have 128gb RAM but I can't even use 10% of it

I have 128gb of Ram but the most I have been able to use is 11.4gb. I get out of memory errors while using several different programs. Windows recognizes that I have 128GB in both system information and task manager. Why cant I use more of the RAM? Windows 7 Professional 64bit, Intel Xeon CPU E5-2687W 0 @ 3.10GHz, Dell Precision T7600. When it runs out of ram task manager says that I am using 8.4 to 11.4 GB of RAM.

I have tried to rate it several times in the past and I always get this:Have 128gb RAM but I can't even use 10% of it-rate.png

Also have ran the windows memory test and it said no errors found.

Please post the screenshot requested in post #2. It tells us more that Task Manager.

Also, did this memory come installed from Dell or did you install it?

We bought the computer used and the memory was in it when we got it. I am pretty sure the RAM was factory installed but cant be 100% on that. I will apply the hotfix momentarily.Have 128gb RAM but I can't even use 10% of it-monitor.png

Well Windows 7 is seeing all your ram and is using what it needs to use.
Your odds of using all that ram is slim to none.

Do you use heavy ram programs like CAD, Video Editing or Photoshop?
