SFC /scannow - Files can't be repaired

I ran sfc /scannow. Output produced a massive file. Used Findstr command, found on forum, to produce a useable text file.

Seems there are four files, reported twice, that cannot be repaired. I have limited access to the machine as I have been supporting using web. Before I mess something up can I ask someone who knows, do I need to fix these files and is there a posting as to how to fix. The machine, HP Laptop, came with Windows 7's Home Premium pre-installed. The user did not create Recovery disks.

Thanks for the response. If I uninstall the update do you or other readers believe this will clear the SFC "errors".

The concept of not permitting updates should become quite interesting with MS'd stance in Windows 10 that all updates will be applied, although delayed for "Pro" users. I must head to the Windows 10 section of this forum to see strategies people will be deploying.

Thanks again.

Will do.

Could anyone answer question, if I removed update will sfc run clean? Are there any downsides to removing. I read link and Microsoft did not provide any uninstall instructions, go figure.
