How to free up plenty of disk space?

So lately my computer has been suffering from having very little space on the C: drive. It's usually always hovering around less than 1GB of free space. It's a 60GB SSD with Windows, Nvidia drivers, Kaspersky (antivirus), and other core programs installed on it. Does anyone have any advice on how to free up plenty of space on it?

Drive is too small, time to think about getting a larger one I'd think.
I have a 250GB SSD and it' currently using between 70 and 80GB.

Doing the tutorial Brink posted will help.
At the end you still need a bigger ssd.

I keep a little bit of nothing on the computer I'm on now and it takes 50 gb. Windows 7 also needs about 10% free space to work properly.
