I am going with Gokhan again mate only I would go as far as removing the machine from the power supply overnight because the PSU can retain quite a bit of power for some time.
Personally I would shut down unplug - power on and leave overnight - then plug in next day and power up but that choice is yours.

Haven't tried your first tip. Gonna do that now, and see if it makes a difference.

The weird thing is, startup is fine. It's quick.
    It's just going into hibernation.

Can you elaborate on the Event Viewer?

    Win+R then enter: eventvwr.msc

Check Application and System for any events that have been logged during a hibernation attempt.

Well, I've turned the laptop off (normal total shut down, no sleep or hibernation). Then took the charger off and took the battery out. I then left it for 2 hours.
Put everything back in it's place and turned on the laptop.

    Startup was normal.

As soon as I thought the laptop was ready, I pressed the power button (without doing anything in windows at all), and it went into hibernation (and power-off) within 20 seconds.
I was happily surprised. So I turned the laptop back on and opened my e-mail program and Google Chrome to check my Facebook.
After about 15 minutes of using the laptop I wanted to enjoy the 20 seconds shut-off again, so I pressed the power button.
It took 4 minutes for the computer to turn off.....

So I turned the laptop completely off again (didn't take the battery or charger out) and started it up again.
As soon as I saw my desktop, I pressed the power button.
And again, the laptop went into hibernation within 20 seconds.

I then started the laptop back up, and just surfed through my hard disk (just using the file explorer, doing nothing... just hopping from folder to folder). I also opened notepad and opened 1 image from my photoalbum
Just to mimic small usage of the pc.
I then pressed the power button again, and it took a solid 3 minutes again to power down into hibernation.

So, the way it looks, it seems that it has the possibility to shut down quickly, but after using the computer something causes it to need a lot of time to turn off.

I checked the programs that start up with windows, and they where all up and running when I experienced the 20 second turn-off the first time.
For the record; those programs are:

    Google Drive
    MS security essentials
    Mouse driver (need that...)
    Teamviewer
Objectdock (it's a program that gives you icons at the top of the screen that allow you to quickly open certain programs/folders)
Catalyst Control Center (for my videocard)

(I checked if everything was updated before I wrote this post)

It may be some app/service that has a delayed start or some scheduled task. Try the clean startup nevertheless. This is a diagnostic step and may help in understanding what is causing the delay.

Look my two cents worth again and it might nit do anything but in msconfig screen I uncheck everything in the Start tab and in the Boot tab even the Advanced options.
If you are worried about the mouse try using a cheap wired mouse to try.

Mouse will work when its software is disabled but it will lose some functionality. Good enough for testing purposes.

Do you do a install of Enterprise as your system specs indicate?

If you did, have you contacted your I.T. department about this problem?

IT department? This is my own personal laptop. I installed Enterprise because I could get it for a good deal, no other reason than that . Win 7 came on my laptop when I bought it anyway :) (and I didn't like win 10).

Did the clean startup, but no difference. I removed all services that where not MS.
