What is wrong with my computer?

Help! I do not know anything about tech stuffs and this computer belongs to my father. It is custom build. My computer has had these black screen moments and the problem was with the video card/graphic card. I fixed it by removing the dust on the card and the computer didn't had those black screen moments for a good 2-3 months. Then yesterday, the same problem with the graphic card happened again. I tried doing the same thing as the other time, but then this weird noise suddenly appeared. I recorded a video on the noise, take a look.

    Video Link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xgtgxzA23Go

Is the noise more of a clicking sound? If it is, can one kind soul explain which part of the pc is the problem?

Your attempt to provide a link to your video did not go well.

That is an alarm. My first guess is that something is unplugged. Check all connectors at motherboard and make sure all memory DIMMs and add-on cards are properly seated. Highly likely one of the memory DIMMS has popped loose.
