I know little about such a problem but I did find some good information.
Personally I would start off by using Malwarebytes to see if it finds anything.

    Good Day,
    Gays, what I did:

    1.Remove KB3022345
    2.Remove KB 3068708
3.Using original CD to repair my computer; result: systemfiles integrity failed, error code 0x490
4.Using “file.net”: most items are not free. For “scan”there is PC Mechanic suggestion notadequate for registry.
    5. Check : chkdsk C:/R /F
Run 3 times sfc, restarted; corrupted file “msctf.dll” arethere.

NoelDP, Layback Bear will appreciate your comments please.
    Best regards
