Hardware reserved show Huge amount of memory

So i was trying to play a few steam games lately, and i noticed they were running really slow and weren't loading properly, so i went to investigate what was going on, and then i stumbled on to this

    \

So after that i went to the web, To try and figure out solutions, now The First solution i found was to update my BIOS, so i went ahead and did that

    Still had the same problem,
So after that, i remeber that i just reinstalled win 7, so i scrounged up my mobos driver disk and installed everything i could

Still nothing, still seeing 13GB as hardware reserved.

Below are a few screens of probbly stuff youll want to see or ask for

Also FUll build can be found here.

Any and all help would be appreciated, Thanks

In your last screen print it shows you have Windows 32 Bit installed.
You would need to do a clean install with Windows 64 Bit to use all your RAM.

See this thread, post#20 has a link where you might be able to get a legit 64 bit download.

Your pictures show two different brands of ram. (Crucial and Patriot) and two different frequencies.

You have completely mismatch ram. That is probable what is causing part of your problem.
I would recommend matched ram. Same manufacture, speeds, volts bought at the same place at the same time.
