    Win 7 64bit get crazy

Hi everyone, my win7 become mad, first IE11 didn't load any content then close automatically then I notice directx 11 give me the error that can't load then I realise can't install ccleaner or some other apps but still I can do install basic. When I go to registery it's empty.
I've tried lots and lots solutions from this site, Microsoft, etc, but non of them works.
I scanned for virus in deeply mode but couldn't find anything with Kaspersky and nod32, many times I trying sfc in normal and safe mode still nothing change, I did Microsoft readings tool but doesn't help, Microsoft fix it and reset IE also didn't help.
Windows features box is blank and when I go to installed updates to uninstall IE it's not there. TeamViewer doesn't work, I can't update flash player, anything I do it's stop and in task manager said not responding.
Firefox work perfectly, really I don't know what to do?

    Hi and welcome to SevenForums,
Quite a predicament you have there :/

So we can get an idea of what is loading with windows,
ie10 is acting a little freaky after I finally loaded the last round of security patches
Nothing as freaky as you're seeing though,

    Use Clean boot,
Troubleshoot Application Conflicts by Performing a Clean Startup
Click Start and type in the search box,
    msconfig
Click on the suggestion on top or hit the Enter key,
Go to the Startup section and take some screen shots for a complete list,
Go to the Services section and on the bottom left Check the box to Hide All Microsoft services,
    Repeat the screen shots,
See the links above my signature on how to take and upload screen shots here,
    Cheers.

Trashzone, thnx for ur reply I did check those one as well nothing wrong in startup or services, the problem is much much bigger & complicated than u think, I think it might be related to directx & visual studio which won't let installing, running or updating work normally.
Now last two times when I wanted to shutdown the blue screen came.
    So wired right now.

    Hi,
At the very least post your Uninstall a program list
If you switch the page view on the top right next to the question mark to List it would only be 1 screen shot probably.
