Windows 7: chkdsk eventvwr log does not show deleted files?

chkdsk eventvwr log does not show deleted files?

Anyway to show what file names chkdsk deleted after the fact? I need to create a list of files delted to see which ones are missing and I cannot seem to find any information on which files were deleted.

Recycle does not show files to be deleted
If I delete files and then go to the recycle bin, I can not see any of the files. Therefore if I want to restore a particular file I can not. If I choose to empty the bin, I get I confirmation to delete the correct number of files, but they are not visible. Any suggestions?
