Which files do I need to replace

Can someone take a look at this log file and tell me if this is just two files I need to replace or more so I can be sure of what I need to do? I think I can get this done following the tutorials. I am having strange problems like crashing explorer on opening my video file location, photo viewer not working, etc and it doesn't appear to be malware. I don't know if this is related, but I'd at least like clean scannow reports.

Also using the disc when doing the scannow sure seems like the way to go, but how do I get beyond all of the roadblocks there seem to be with windows denying install discs. I even have the disc this pc was made with and I get errors when I try to use it for that. Do I need to remove SP1 as the older install disc is non SP1? Thanks for the help.

Helpful mate have a read though this a I am not sure myself it is an older post but the fellows who are the best at this deal with a similar issue.
    is "iassdo.dll.mui" the culprit?

OK. I read that and it didn't seem to come to a resolution other than probably needing a repair install. That doesn't bother me, although in my prior attempts to do that I have been running into the disc not being accepted errors. I think that even happened on this pc and I am using the exact disc it was made with as I was the one who did it. I think it may be that it is an older pre SP1 disc and of course my pc has SP1, so maybe I have to remove that and reinstall after the repair. I think I can get this figured out at some point. I have been working on making a usb install drive with my specific w7 version with SP1 and the latest updates on it in case of a full install use.

Do you happen to know if the iassdo.dll.mui file would even be related to my symptoms? I had started to think that scannow was a tool that would check and repair all system files, but now I am wondering if it doesn't or can't fix all potential problems or maybe it is partially corrupted itself. I realize if it has no resource to use for a replacement file then it can't work. When I found out about using an install disc to run scannow that sounded like the ultimate plan, but I run into the same disc error there also.

    Thanks for your help.

See if doing sfc /scannow exactly like this tutorial by Brink instructs will help. The key word is exactly.

SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker

It was that dll that I found amongst the event files that I Googled hence me linking you to that answer.

Now I agree with Layback Bear you need to go ahead with the SFC.
