I have no idea at this time why you have 52 gb of Temporary Files. I presume you have tried to put a check mark in Temporary Files.
What mine looks like.

From your My System Specs.
Are both of the operating system on the same drive.OS Vista Ultimate 64 and Windows-7 both are 64 Bit
Complete this tutorial by Golden so we can have a look.
Did you run sfc /scannow 3 times with reboots after each time?

YIKES! It is a quandary. Perhaps I'll just have to live with it. Thanks for the "heads up" on Malwarebytes. I am tempted to use an additional PC with a fresh install of Windows-7 on it and run Easy File Transfer. If I can get my "stuff" across without the extra Temp File indication, I'll be happy. The problem is, the time involved and no promise of success.

No, they are on separate Systems (Hardware). I stopped using my Vista System quite a while back.

Disk Cleanup after 3 SFC'er runs and 3 re-boots. I'll check the Box now and run the Dick Cleanup.

This is the result. I am tempted to allow it to Clean the Systems Files. I'll create a Restore Point first.
