Did you use the Crucial upgrade scanner ?
I thought that CPU-Z had it all covered so I didn't. If needed I'll run it :)
After doing some research it looks like the maximum amount of RAM you can use is 4 GB.

My pc is around 7 years old :/ I guess I'll install 32 bit anplan on getting a new one
EDIT: I'll post the screenshot but I can't right away. I'll do it asap
Here are the screenshots of every single piece of information found in CPU-Z. I thought they might come in handy

So, last question on here, thanks for everyone that helped so far with replies. I don't believe that upgrading to 4GB of RAM would instantly make my performance better and to not risk it I think it would be better to revert back to Windows 7 Ultimate x32 like before and just save up for a new pc. I would buy the RAM but i have no guarantee if it doesn't work and there aren't that many definitive examples out there that have worked. So, should I do this and if not why? I've searched for examples/proof that 4 GB instead of 3GB makes a difference that is better than the x32 bit performance that i had.
Again, thank you for assisting me with this issue and taking some time with this stupid problem. :/ I appreciate it :)
