    Hi Bigcrock,
What OS are you running pro/ultimate etc.
There is an error in your group policy settings and your Games.

For the games error can you try this

Controlpanel>> programs/features>> turn features on/off (top left hand side) uncheck games >> REBOOT
    then reverse the operation.
Ill wait for your reply regarding OS.

    I wasn't expecting that (home).
Group policy, although within Home premium, is not an enabled user system feature.
I'll have to do a lot of digging.

Where did you get your PremiumGames from, If they were downloaded, via a torrent, and you did not check the hash code there is a likelyhood that they are the cause of your problems.

    Hi Bigcroc,
Did you reverse the operation turn games/features back on?

For the second error are the games Individually or installed as a package in Programs.
Depending on your reply you might only have to do one repair.
    IF its in programs
Scroll down to one, (or the package)
ON the operations bar is there a repair/change option, you may need the CD, is so select.

If its not there then you may be right about Skyrim.
You could try the restore point created before you installed it.
