Computer+Monitor not going to sleep

Hello,
in the last 2 days my computer(desktop) and monitor not going to sleep
the things i changed in the last 2 day was installing clover program(dont think thats the problem)
updating windows(i am using windows 7)
i tred power manger, in cmd nothing interrupting,
when i treyd in cmd "powercfg -energy it gave me:
12 errors
6 warnings
25 information
