Windows 7: SFC scan/ SFCFix files corrupt

SFC scan/ SFCFix files corrupt

Hi I ran both scans and need some help on what to do next to fix files if that is even possible
I can attach logs if you let me know which ones and how to get them. Im sorry if this is the wrong place for this issue. Thank you
