Windows always pop-up error message: something stopped working

Hello,

I have a laptop with Windows 7 x64 Enterprise.

I always get some error message like the attached.

"igfxEM Module has stopped working"
"Host Process for Windows Task has stopped working"
"Windows Explorer has stopped working"

I have already disable the non-system Tasks which in RAC, but cannot play a role.

Could anyone help to see how to solve it?

Thanks.
