errors on 1 month old build event IDs 11,14,1530,10016...

Hi guys hoping for some help understanding this.

New ssd with windows 7 64bit installed in 3 year old computer after my last C drive started failing.
1 month into it while using Photoshop yesterday crashed and reported the message:

"An unrecoverable error occurred while accessing the scratch disk. This is usually caused by a corrupted disk format or hardware problem as failing disk drives or bad cable."

Oh crap.
I just replaced the C: drive a month ago for that same reason.
system was running flaky after, so I decided to reboot; big mistake. Kept getting stuck at windows logo forever (like 10,15min + with ssd startup). rebooted a bunch of times, same. Unplugged counted to 10 turned on again; same.

Finally after repeated efforts it automatically booted to scan disk.
scandisk was running happily along and then said there was

"Insufficient disk space to fix security descriptors data stream."

booted to windows ran scan disk again on the data drive in question by right clicking/properties/tools scan... it changed the icon of the drive from one showing the amount of available space to that of a raw un-formatted drive. I rebooted again and the drive came back up visibly as normal but I'm still getting problems. Tried copying all the data from the suspected data drive to a network drive last night, didn;t copy anything, came in this moring it was still spinning calculating the time it would take to transfer. Will try again tonight.

Looking at the event logs in window I see many instances of event ID 11, 14, 1530, 10016...
"atapi event ID 11" has numerous occurrences centred around the photoshop crash on yesterday 4.18. 2016 around 10:10am. As I write this i'm now seeing "disk event ID 51"
Is this a good indicator that my data drive (2tb seagate) is now going also? its only 3 months old though.

I'm seeing so many errors on this new build that I didn't notice before. Can someone help me figure this out. If it is a drive error I will go pick a new data drive tomorrow.

I will attach as much telemetry as I can. Please help me to understand this.

I've uploaded my event log, unzipped its .evtx format.
reliability report. unzipped its in xml format.
I just tried uploading my scandisk cbs file but its too big to upload even zipped, its 231,876 kb! Is that a bad sign?

A strange Event ID 1530 appeared in the viewer
It's strange because it indicates "0 user registry handles . . . . " and the corresponding KB article https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/947238 indicates that the Status is "behavior is by design." and I have no clue what it means. The full text of the event warning is: 0 user registry handles...
