Hi,
I would use RealTemp to monitor the temperatures,
Download Real Temp 3.70 | techPowerUp
Just extract all from the zip folder and right click the realtemp.exe and send to create shortcut.

Look at the temp of course but it also shows Load.

If you get to a moment just open Resource monitor and the Overview section and expand all the listings to see what is going on.
post an image if you wish too.

SSD Real Slow
Slow is how I describe the performance of my SSD. I've had this SSD for about a year and over the course of the last few days I wasn't quite sure what was going with my computer. At first I was getting these random lockups which the only way to break it was to reset the PC. They first started...

Real time Protection -- This one WORKS
Hi there as a Tecnet suscriber I've been using MS'es Forefront Client Security (it's the big brother to MSE) -- very small footprint, definitions updated almost daily and it really works well. It can be installed in Stand alone mode on individual work stations and that's what I've done. ...
