Task Scheduler: What I can disable/delete?

    Hi!
I was wondering, if someone can tell me - what I can disable, what I can delete, and what I should keep running in Task Scheduler. I'm mostly interested in the ones I SHOULD keep running, cos I want to disable/delete here as much as possible. Also, maybe I'm already missing something crucial, that I deleted by mistake?
    Thanks!

Here's what I have there at the moment:

Unless you have a specific need and understand what you are doing you should not touch any of them.

Well... is there a place where I can read about each of this tasks? Or I should just "google it"?

For example, I defrag my HDDs only manually, and with Piriform Defraggler.
So I can disable/delete this one, right?
