So far from what you have posted.

From the picture in post #14
Your have a you have a 32 bit Windows 7 Pro with 16 gb of ram.
A 32 bit operating system can only recognize up to 4 gb.
    ---
You have a Retail Gigabyte Motherboard with a OEM/SLP
(Windows License Type: COA SLP) which is not proper on a retail motherboard.
Which is a very good indication of a counterfeit installation of Windows 7.
    ---
Their are also other thing in your log that indicate a counterfeit installation of Windows 7.

    You state in.

The PC I bought was AVP-VE10B which was purchased off of eBay. To install windows 7 i used the same disk I had used to install it before hand.
I activated windows using my product key and I'm being told it's genuine as you can see here:

Yes I can see the picture but your log shows different.

First off you need a legal Microsoft DVD of Windows 7/64 bit and a matching COA key.

Do not buy it off of Ebay.

If you would fill in your system specs correctly and completely as I have requested two times before it would be helpful.
We need to know what we are working with.

Do you have one of these on your computer tower. I'm thinking not.
You should of got one when you bought Windows 7.

You're using a 32-bit operating system and product keys that shows in your system in a format like this:

    Legend - X are numbers

    XXXXX-OEM-XXXXXXX-XXXXX

end up being a counterfeit one.

Okay, it appears I have gotten several things wrong. This isn't a clean install it is a reinstall after something caused my computer to have no OS. My computer tower does not have one of those stickers but the case the install disc came in does. I've filled out my system specs as best I can but unfortunately I know next to nothing about my specs. Is there any way at all I can upgrade to have a 64bit OS again?

If you have that sticker you can use in to install the Windows 7 (?) it indicates if that is the same system it was installed first on.

The COA key will work with a 32 or 64 bit Windows 7.
With the amount of ram you have you need the 64 bit.

Is the Windows 7 DVD from Microsoft?
Does the DVD Windows 7 match the Microsoft sticker?

    Please note.

If your copy of Windows 7 is OEM, OEM System Builder and has been used once before, it can only be used on the system it was installed and activated first.
It can not be use on another computer or the same computer the motherboard has been changed.

The tutorial says that you need 20GB of RAM for 64bit and I only have 16GB, what to do?
