SFC \SCANNOW Log Review?

Can someone help me with a quick review of the attached? I see three problem areas but SFC cannot fix them as it lists them as corrupt.

Thank you.

Hi ChickenHawk,
Lets try the quick fix

To reset and create a new MSDTC.log file, click Start, Run and in the box enter:

msdtc -resetlog (note the space)

In a DOS Command Prompt box or in the start run box?

And, then what? Run SFC again?
