no good.
Disabled the settings for GWX
Ultimate Outsider - Software Downloads
as I thought that may be the issue but no good still.
Should I be concerned?

As a last resort I am running it now.

now that is a nice diagnosis. Impressed.
Said it could not repair automatically but to do it manually..

tried this to reset but sfc still gives error
Follow steps mentioned below.

a. Open Control Panel.
b. Click on Ease of Access.
c. Click on Speech Recognition and then follow these steps:
d. Click on Advanced speech options in the left column.
e. Under Recognition Profiles, click New.

This will create a new speech recognition profile. Once the profile is created the original profile can be deleted. Also it will help to use the Train Profile button under the list of speech recognition profiles for the new profile.
