Unresponsive Scripts Freezing PC Endlessly Windows 7

I figured you folks have saved me in the past so here goes one more time before I have to do a complete
recovery. Recently I have been inundated with Unresponsive scripts that eventually cause me to do a reboot. I have tried all of FireFox's suggestions and fixes. Those made it a tad better but not much. IF the computer is left unattended on any page whether on the internet or not, it locks/freezes and I cannot do anything but reboot. It does it in Safe Mode but far less as well. I have done driver scans but all appears fine, removed programs, and done numerous trojan and malware scans with no results showing anything remotely close to the problem.

I have never had this problem before. I am going to try it on Chrome and Internet Explorer and see if it does it with those browsers. But most likely any program not internet related will eventually freeze. I am running Windows 7 Home Premium. My Lenovo desktop is just over a year old. If I can help with any further info such as Speccy please let me know. Crossing my fingers I don't have to do a recovery and re-install. Thanks
